1) Purpose & Scope
Tokenizer Inc. operates Tokenizer.ca, MasteryExamPrep.com, and a portfolio of Tokenizer-operated educational sites, including exam-prep guides and reference properties. All materials on those properties are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
2) Independent Provider
Tokenizer is an independent publisher and software provider. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by exam issuers, regulators, certification bodies, universities, or technology vendors.
All third-party names, exam titles, acronyms, vendor names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. We use them nominatively to describe subject matter, compatibility, or topic coverage.
3) Original Practice Content
- Tokenizer question banks, case-style examples, explanations, and glossary material are original educational content unless explicitly attributed otherwise.
- Practice content is designed to reflect topic coverage, reasoning style, and expected rigor. It is not an official exam, answer key, or confidential source material.
- When we use terms such as "realistic" or "exam-true," we mean educational simulation based on public blueprints and experience, not access to proprietary live exam content.
4) Educational Use Only
Reference-site content, glossaries, guides, mock questions, and software examples are meant to help readers learn. They should not be treated as a substitute for official course materials, governing law, regulator guidance, authoritative vendor documentation, or professional judgment.
5) Accuracy & Changes
We aim to keep our material current, but curricula, regulations, exam blueprints, software platforms, tax rules, and terminology all change. We cannot guarantee that every page or question reflects the latest official position for every jurisdiction, exam window, or product release.
We may revise, expand, remove, or reorganize content, features, and free samples at any time.
6) No Guarantee of Results
Using Tokenizer materials does not guarantee a passing score, certification, promotion, hiring result, regulatory approval, or business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your preparation, prior knowledge, timing, exam version, and decision-making context.
7) Institutional & Business Use
Tokenizer or Mastery may support institutional access, team learning, internal benchmarking, or advisory work. Customers remain responsible for using those services lawfully and appropriately, including any employment-law, privacy, equal-opportunity, procurement, or internal-governance obligations.
Tokenizer does not make hiring, promotion, admission, licensing, or disciplinary decisions on behalf of customers.
8) Links & Portfolio Sites
Our pages may link to third-party resources and to other Tokenizer-operated properties. Third-party resources are outside our control. Tokenizer-operated portfolio sites may differ in scope, tone, and depth, but they remain educational properties rather than official manuals, regulator publications, or vendor documentation.
Where a page points to an official body, curriculum owner, or vendor, that official source should control if there is any conflict.
9) Limits of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokenizer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of our content, products, or linked resources. More detailed liability terms appear in our Terms of Service.
10) Acceptable Use
You may use Tokenizer materials for lawful study, reference, and internal evaluation. You may not scrape, bulk-copy, resell, or redistribute protected content, and you may not upload or request confidential exam items or other material you are not permitted to share.
Detailed use restrictions appear in our Terms of Service.
11) Related Policies

- Institutional access, consulting, or custom work may also be governed by separate agreements.
12) Changes
We may revise this page as products, portfolio sites, legal requirements, or editorial practices evolve. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
